A two-hour working session that takes you from using AI casually to using it deliberately.

A hands-on session built around your actual work, not slides. We start from what you do every week, find the parts a model is genuinely good at, and build them together in the session: prompts that hold up on the tenth run, a project set up with your own documents, and an automation you can keep using afterwards. You leave with the artefacts, not just notes. Suitable whether you have never paid for a model or already use one daily.
