AI Use-Case Scorecard

Score and prioritise candidate AI projects so you start with the ones that actually pay off.

Most businesses do not need more AI tools; they need to know which use case to start with. This scorecard ranks your candidates by value and ease so you can pick a first project with confidence.

Add each idea you are considering, then rate it from 1 to 5 on business value and on how easy it would be to do. The scorecard sorts them and flags the quick wins.

What do "Value" and "Ease" mean?

Value (1-5): how much is this worth to the business?

How much time, money, or risk this use case would save or earn if it worked. Rate it 5 if it clearly helps an important goal (more revenue, big time savings, fewer errors, happier customers). Rate it 1 if it is a nice-to-have that would not really move the needle.

Ease (1-5): how easy would it be to actually do?

How simple this would be to put in place, given your data, tools, team, and risk. Rate it 5 if you already have the data and it is low-risk and quick to try. Rate it 1 if it needs a lot of setup, clean data you do not have, or touches sensitive or regulated areas.

A use case that is both high value and easy is a "quick win" and the best place to start. High value but hard is a "big bet" worth planning for. Low value is usually not worth it yet.
